Courtesy bus leaving from in front of the Makybe Diva Statue from 10.30 am until 12.30 pm and return after the last race.

This race season the Port Lincoln Cup will be held on Friday the 2nd of March.  Below you will find the following options with regard to hospitality packages on the day.          

INDIVIDUAL CORPORATE MARQUEES  @ $185 per head 

(All-inclusive price with a Minimum of 40 guests)

The  Individual Corporate Marquee Package includes:

NEW cocktail style food menu

  • a 4.5 hour beverage package :  A range of CUB products including Great Northern, Carlton Dry Beers and Strongbow Ciders
  • Lincoln Estate red, white & sparkling wines and Angus Sparkling Moscato
  • Entry to the racecourse
  • Your individual marquee with trackside viewing (minimum of 40 people)
  • Bar & waiting staff
  • TAB odds screens, Race viewing screens and full TAB and Bookmaker facilities within close proximity
  • Security personnel in attendance

(All inclusive price with a Minimum of 20 guests), this area offers the same package details as an individual corporate marquee and your business will still have your own individual area but will be set up in a large marquee, with a shared bar environment.

(NO minimum bookings) is our premium hospitality package and offers an exclusive and  stylish space in the Function Centre with trackside viewing, where you can enjoy sit down dining at individual tables and receive a mouth-watering seafood luncheon including our new menu of crayfish, prawns, oysters, mussels, and other seasonal delicacies all prepared by award winning Port Lincoln chef, Kris Bunder of Del Giorno’s.
